Tapping the plus icon in the upper right corner of the Credentials window will open another dialogue window with two options.
Request Replacement Credentials: Tapping this control allows you to request missing Bluetooth or Mobile App credentials. If one or more (but not all) Bluetooth or Mobile App credentials have been removed, you will need to start the credential replacement request from here. For more information on the replacement process, please refer to our 'Request Replacement Credentials' article.
Activate Manually: Tapping this will open a dialogue window used when the 'Activate' or 'Replace' buttons in the credential email fail to work. After tapping the button, a dialogue window will be opened with a field box where the activation or replacement code can be entered. If the entered code is valid, this will add the credentials to the Credentials tab in the ProdataKey App.
