Adding a Credential to a Person

In the Add Credentials dialogue window, Card and Mobile tabs are the available Credential options.

Card Tab

The Card tab is used when issuing physical credentials.

Card Number - Enter the number printed on the physical credential into the Card Number field.

Description - This optional field can be used to describe the type of physical credential.

Advanced - If the Cloud Node system is using a Card Format which uses facility codes or other options, tapping/clicking the Advanced line will expand the options available for your selected Card Format.

Mobile Tab

Tap or click the Mobile tab to add Bluetooth and/or Mobile App credentials to the person. After tapping/clicking the Add button, an email with a link to activate the selected Credentials will be sent.

Important Note: An email address must be entered and saved for the Person before adding either type of Mobile credential.
