If an end-user has performed a Credential scan that results in an Anti-Passback violation, this can be reset by first tapping or clicking on the Person in People. Then tap or click on the kabob (three vertical dots) to open the list of options, then tap or click 'Anti-Passback Restrictions'.
If the Person does not have any currently active Anti-Passback Restrictions, the dialogue below will be shown:

Tapping or clicking either the garbage can icon next to an Anti-Passback restriction line to clear that restriction or the 'Clear All' button to clear all Anti-Passback restrictions on the Person.
