Check the color of the Touch io reader. If it is yellow, it is already paired to another door.
Press the reset button on the back for 30 seconds to reset the Touch io reader.
Make sure that pdk io is the only app that is open and that your Bluetooth is not being used on another device.
Try to pair the Touch io reader again.
If the device still will not pair to the Touch io reader, delete the Touch app.
Delete and re-add the door.
Clear the cache on your phone.
Reset the Touch io reader again. The color of the Touch io reader circle should be light purple.
Shut down and restart your phone.
Make sure that the pdk.io app is the only open app and that you are not using your Bluetooth on another device.
Pair the Touch io reader again.
NOTE: We have found a Bluetooth issue with the Samsung Note 7 and Note 8 phones. It appears to be an incompatibility with their Bluetooth chipset in these devices.
If the Touch io reader is still not pairing, call Technical Support for assistance.
NOTE: If a door controller device is deleted that was paired with a touch io, the touch io reader will have to be reset and paired with the reader again.
