For iOS devices, unlike Android devices, clearing cache is not an option to resolve your phone's issues when there is difficulty pairing your phone's Bluetooth with the Touch io reader.
The best method for resolving or troubleshooting this issue for iOS devices is to uninstall the Touch app from your smart device, reinstall it, and then repeat the necessary steps for pairing your phone with the Touch io reader.
