If you are unable to get into the touch io settings...

If the touch io Bluetooth reader is not letting you go into settings on PDK.io, walk away from the reader and force stop the touch app. Go into the touch io settings and walk up to the reader. It should then allow you to get into settings.

NOTE: We have found a Bluetooth issue with the Samsung Note 7 and Note 8 phones. It appears to be an incompatibility with their Bluetooth chipset in these devices.
