The PDK.io Billing Portal allows you to setup and update your billing/payment options and view your invoice history.
To access the Billing Portal, click on the icon that is displayed when you mouse over your Account name (or long-press in the Mobile version of PDK.io) at the top of your PDK.io account page. Then click (or tap) 'Open Billing Portal' in the 'Billing' tab .
Once you have accessed the Billing Portal, you will see the Current Plans for each of your Customer Cloud Nodes, the saved Payment Method, your Invoice History, and have the ability to update your Billing Information.
In the 'Current Plans' section, there will be an entry for each customer Cloud Node. This entry will show the current payment status, along with a brief overview of the billable items for the Cloud Node. For a more detailed view of the billable items, click on 'Show cost details' to show more details. These details can include:
- Hosting Fee (Determined based on dealer level and number of billable devices)
- Number of Red Bluetooth Readers
- Number of Bluetooth Readers (TouchIO)
- Reporting Plan (Commercial Essentials or Premium Enterprise levels only)
- Aperio Integration (one time fee)
- Comelit Intercom Integration
The 'Show cost details' section also shows when the 'Billing Plan' will renew (be charged) again.
In the 'Payment Method' section, you can review your current Payment Method and add new Payment Methods to your account.
In the 'Billing Information' section, you can update your billing address and Tax ID.
In the 'Invoice History' section, you can view a list of prior invoices and the details for these invoices (by clicking on the icon next to the invoice date). In the details window, you can click on the icon in the upper right to download the invoice, view invoice details, download a PDF receipt for a paid invoice, or pay the invoice in this window.
